The quality of these juices, especially delivered through the app or on delivery services like uber and DoorDash has made me completely disown this brand. I bought a juice card because I wanted to save some money now I'm stuck with a bunch of juices I am struggling to use due to the deliveries coming with no food safety seals, spilled, being left on the floor and more. Joe & the Juice should uphold their delivery partners to higher standards and ultimately this is a reflection of them. The staff is really great here, so I'll give a star for that but I can only imagine how difficult it must be for them; and in fact , I don't blame them. I hope they get a raise so maybe they will actually start caring about the job more and have some training so they are given the resources to pack the meals better. When the food isn't safe to eat, it's literally almost akin to throwing money away. I'll just order from the many other shops around here, but at this point I'm determined to make juices myself cuz this is ridiculous.

The servers are not friendly and slow, they do not greet their customers as they walk in, some customers walk away because they are taking their time. Customer service is lacking and I would not return - I witnessed a spill and the served said she was annoyed and blamed it on the customer. The customer walked away and did not get offered a drink replacement. Also, another customer was not asked if they could assist with cleaning their area another customer was picking up the mess. Eventually another employee cleaned the space but it was not a good experience.

The ladies in the front was so nice . Comfortable and peaceful place for studying . My favorite drink is Beet& berry juice ♥️

My partner and I have been to Joe & The Juice in at least 10 different countries and we always enjoy coming back. Juices are great, with the Iron Man being our favorite one. Recently they started introducing vegan food options as well which is great. This particular Joe & The Juice is very spacious with lots of seats. Customer service is good but prices are quite high to be honest. Positive experience overall.

I with family have recently tried their drinks for the first time. I can strongly recommend them to all of you. They are one of my favorite drinks😍 I tried Iron Man juice and I really enjoyed it. My brother tried the one with Apple( don’t remember the name) and he also liked his drink. My parents tried power shakes and they really enjoyed their drinks. So, I recommend you too to try these ones. Also, it is very nice place to sit and talk with each other or to study or to do your work.
